We have just been awarded the prestigious contract to re-roof Mohamed El-Fayed's mansion in Surrey. The project will last 30 weeks and use over 100,000 new Keymer tiles. |

One of our apprentices won the National Construction College South "Roof Slating & Tiling" apprentice of the year. Neil McGuinness was
presented with his award at an award ceremony at Brands Hatch
by the rally Driver "Penny Mallory". See Awards page. |
| For the 2nd year running we have been announced as finalists in the NFRC Annual Roofing Awards. This Year we have been announced as 1 of 3 finalists in two categories. The Heritage Roofing Category and The Roof Tiling Category. The Awards Ceremony is in Manchester in May 2007. |

NEW
CONTRACTS MANAGER
I
am delighted to announce that Grant Bescoby has been promoted
to Contracts Manager.
Grant has been part of the team since 1996 and started as a
roofing labourer. He has now been promoted to Contracts Manager
and will deal with the day to day running of all of our projects.

UPDATE: We attended NHIC Awards ceremony in London
on 23rd November 2006 and received a Certificate of Merit
from Shadow Housing Minister, Michael Gove.
